*Reserved 2 hours for the birthday room, but the party can stay and play until we close!

**Additional hour $50 and can only use during the 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm birthday time slot. Please note the extended hour will be from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm**

**Please note that the only outside food that can be brought to the party is birthday cake, pizza or store bought fruit/veggie trays and store bought sub platters. Purchasing a cake, pizza or sub platters through Run, Rattle & Roll is an option for an additional fee**

Looking for a private birthday party that’s closed to the public?  These parties have limited availability and can book 6 months in advance!  Please email or call us at Run, Rattle & Roll for further information.


What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that the Party Host arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party time to unload the car, check-in the Guest of Honor & family and be there to greet party guests. We DO NOT recommend arriving any earlier as space is limited and there will likely be another group in the check in area. Your Party Guests should be encouraged to arrive as close to the scheduled party time as possible.
Will there be a staff member available to assist me in the party room?
Yes, a Run, Rattle & Roll staff member will be available to assist you in the party room.
Is a deposit required to book a Party?
  • A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you do need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your re-scheduled party. Alternatively, you may use the $100 deposit towards store credit (to purchase play passes or memberships).
How many guests can I invite?

For Open Play Parties: (we are open to the public during your party) For the comfort and safety of all guests, party headcount may not exceed 44 (adults/kids combined) for Open Play Parties. Parents and Adults are welcome to hang out at the Grizzly Snack Shack Lounge at any time during the Party! A $12 Admission Fee will be charged for each child (under 12) over the number included in your package. This does not include food/drinks/add-ons/accessories.

For Private Parties: (we are closed to the public during your party) You have the entire warehouse to yourself, so you can invite as many guests as you’d like, not to exceed 90 guests. Please be advised that private parties book up very quickly and can only be booked for the 5pm-7pm time slot.

How do I schedule a Run, Rattle & Roll party?

It’s easy! You can book online, by phone or in person.

What if I need to reschedule/cancel my party?
  • Advance Notice: 14 days advance notice is required to reschedule your event from its original date.
  • Rescheduling:
    • If you reschedule or cancel your event less than 14 days prior to its original date, your deposit is non-refundable and you may be held financially responsible for the full party package price, if the time slot is not filled after your cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability & not guaranteed.
    • If you reschedule & host your event within 1 year of the original date, the deposit will apply towards your new party date.
  • Cancel: Again, if you do need to cancel the party, we will work with you to find another date and time that will work best for you within one year of original party date. Your original deposit will be applied towards your re-scheduled party. Alternatively, you may use the $100 deposit towards store credit (to purchase play passes or memberships).
What are your 2017-2018 standard weekend party start times?

At this time Run, Rattle & Roll only offers birthday parties on the weekends. Start times on Saturday and Sunday are 11pm-1pm, 2pm-4pm and 5pm-7pm. Reservations are based on availability at the time of booking with payment of deposit. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

What food items can be brought into the facility?

The only outside food that can be brought into the facility is cake and pizza. Run, Rattle Roll does have a refrigerator for the cake and a food warmer to keep the pizza hot. Cakes, pizza and Subway platters can be purchased for an additional fee. We have several add on items to make your party extra special! We have 3 different cake sizes to choose from and the decoration will have a balloon theme. Please check online when booking or call us at 775-392-0078.

What assistance do you provide in the party room?

A lot! First, the party room is cleaned and set up for you with your cake, Birthday Child’s gifts, and all your birthday paper products (table cloths, balloon décor plates, napkins & white colored utensils) are laid out on each table. You are also welcome to bring in your own paper products, balloons etc. if your party is going with a certain theme. Our Staff will also be there to serve food & drinks for the children, and will take care of cleanup. Of course, we’ll check in with you from time to time to see if you need anything too.

Will the party room be available for us during our hour of play time?

For Open Play Parties (open to the public): Yes, your private room is available to you and your party for the entire 2 hours of your scheduled party. Because all of our party rooms are private and there will usually be another party before you and after you, please be punctual and respectful of your 2-hour window.

I need to book a larger party, we have more than 22 kids.

If you plan to have more then the 22 Grizzly package limit each additional child will be the $12 rate. Each birthday room comfortably fits 25 kids – This does not include the adults.

Run, Rattle & Roll does offer private parties, which are closed to the public. This timeslot is from 5pm-7pm on either Saturday or Sunday and can accommodate larger parties.

For Private Parties: we can accommodate up to 35 kids and can use both party rooms if needed. Please call us to discuss the rate for private parties!

Can I book a party that is longer than 2 Hours?

Yes you can! The additional hour has a $50 fee and can only be used during the 2pm-4pm birthday timeslot. Please note the extended hour will be from- 4:00pm-5:00pm.

What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my Guests are late?

We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start at the scheduled event time. To maintain every party to start at their scheduled time, we are not able to extend or modify your event’s schedule. We will escort late-arriving guests to your group.

Do I need to stay at the party?

The party host is required to stay at the party until your last guest departs.

Once in the party room, can guests re-enter the warehouse?

Yes, your guest may re-enter the Run, Rattle & Roll warehouse during the entirety of your 2-hour party.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?

You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, decorations are limited to tabletop decor. We do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas. But remember, you may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to decorate.

What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have placed my pizza or cake order?

Food & other party resources are prepped prior to your event based on the details provided by you. We may adjust your Party Package UP, but not down, on the day of the event. You may purchase beverages a la carte at your event, subject to stock on hand. Additional food orders are subject to delivery schedules & fees, and may not be available on the day of your event.

Does everyone in my party have to sign a waiver before coming to Run, Rattle & Roll?

Yes they do! It’s easiest to have everyone set up an account online and have it already completed, but with busy schedules that just doesn’t always happen!! So your guests can sign a waiver once they arrive at Run, Rattle & Roll!
